This heritage style house received a full gut renovation of the Kitchen, Powder Rom, and Master Ensuite adding a new level of chic to the classic home.
The goal was to transform the space’s look and functionality, upgrade the necessary plumbing and electrical, and add a modern flair to home’s historic aesthetic.
With the timeless elegance of a contrasting colour theme, the Kitchen was renewed with classic white cabinets, quartz countertops, and a stunning marble feature wall that exudes luxury and emphasizes the scale of this large family style kitchen. Perfect for entertaining, a contrasting black bar with its fluted Terrazzo Renata backsplash provides a striking focal point.
Accents of brass throughout provide a touch of sophistication, while the wood-look porcelain floor in mixed beige adds warmth to ground the room.
The Pantry and Powder Room beside the kitchen received a dramatic floor to maximize the visual appeal of the very small space and traditional wainscoting adds elevated charm.
In the Master Ensuite dual sinks, walk-in shower with bench, and multiple mirrors extend the function of the room to the whole family. Traditional marble paired with stylish brass fixtures for an elegant look that is coupled with a geometric patterned floor for a bold statement.
The completed project is an excellent example of creating a fresh, updated, yet timeless look, that integrates perfectly in this restored heritage home.
